Safe Harbour – Vision
To construct and reconstruct on the 4,5 acres at the end of Moi Avenue in Mombasa were Mission to Seafarers is situated :
4 to 6 tropical botanic gardens in different botanic zones with greenhouse and garden centre combined with tea parlours, coffeeshop and bakery, small supermarket & souvenir shop.
(re-)construction of 2 current facilities in accommodations for seafarers and day visitors, conference rooms, personal care facilities and new sport, children and youth facilities. Facilities redesigned as ships and rooms constructed from containers perspectives.
extension of the tropical botanic gardens hosting containerized social workshops for new ventures and job creation for women, youth and persons with a disability.
